Though we can know what makes a supplement effective, we cannot declare for certain that any supplement is effective if we do not have access to any testimonials that provide real life feedback on the product. This product is taken in 500mg servings up to twice a day. All together, that adds up to the maximum recommended allowance for Moringa. This supplement uses powder instead of extract which could make it less effective. An extract can be standardized to deliver stronger results than powder alone. Still, based on the high dosage, we suspect this might be effective, even if it requires you to swallow 4 pills a day.
